The Nord 2 pod kit is the latest release from Smok. The pod has 4.5ml liquid holding capacity and a similar mouthpiece to the other Nord pods. It includes RPM Mesh coils that actually press-fit and easy to remove. These coils have a 0.4-ohm resistance. The kit also includes another pod which is for your conventional Nord coils. These pods feature a 0.8-ohm regular coil. The fill port is nice and large and features a side fill with 4ml liquid holding capacity.

The device has that signature Nord shape but is a little bit thicker. It has an LED screen on the side and a charge port at the bottom. The body of these pods features a resin looking panel with colourful designs. The body is a mixture of plastic and zinc alloy. It is very lightweight and fits perfectly in your hand.

Smok Nord 2 kit is powered by a 1500mah powerful battery. You have a button in the centre that also includes your light indicator. Five clicks on the firing button will turn the LED screen on. The LED screen displays your wattage, voltage, ohm load, battery percentage and your puff count. The pods are press fit so you can easily fit them to your device. They are not transparent so you cannot see the liquid levels. It does not have any airflow adjustments. You get a default airflow which is medium to tight that provides restricted lung hit. The mouthpiece is very wide that provides a smooth inhale.

Overall this new Smok Nord Kit 2 beats the original Nord in all possible ways featuring more liquid capacity, larger battery, regular wattage with a screen and an option to use RPM or regular nord coils. It is a nice upgrade, also charges faster than the original one. The flavour on both coils is excellent, the display screen is wide and easy to read and above all, it has exceptional battery power.
