Orders and Shipping

Normally items are dispatched within one working day after reciept of cleared payment. Items should then be delivered to you within three days from dispatch. You should have recieved a tracking number which allows you to check your delivery – you can also see this information on your account.

Creating an account is very easy. You have two options –

Option 1 – you should see at the top of the home page a sign-in / create account link – click on it and follow the prompts.

Option 2 – when you place an order and reach the checkout page you should see a checkbox next to create account after you fill in your details. Tick the box and an account will be created for you.

When you place an order you can choose your shipping address – once an order has been placed we cannot change the shipping address for that order. However on you account page you can change or add a shipping address for future orders.

Once you have placed an order you can log-in to your account and see the status of your order. If it has already been shipped you can also track your item.

No. Here at Ukvaperstore we do not hold any card details whatsoever. We use an accredited payment provider so no card details are stored by us.

We do but we wanted to make it easier both for you and ourselves so we opted to include all applicable taxes in the pricing already. So no nasty surprises once you view your cart!

If you live in the U.K. then we ship to you. Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of U.K territory.

Normally yes items come in one package – the only time this may change is for larger orders that may be too heavy to be packaged together in one package.

We strive to always make certain that we send out the correct item that you ordered – if its wrong follow the directions of the Orders and Returns Policy

We will send you details of where to send your return so please wait for the email confirmation that your return is accepted. This will also be available on your account page.

Please Contact Us Immediately – If item has already been shipped there is little we can do but you will be able to track the delivery and there should be options  on the courier website to change destination.

If your order has not yet been shipped then yes from your account page you can cancel the order. However if the order has been shipped then the simple answer is No. In this situation you would have to then follow the instructions in our Orders and Returns Policy

Unfortunately No. You can call us and we can let you know if the item is coming back into stock but we cannot guarantee all our items will – sometimes when they are gone they are gone.
