You can request a return using our easy to use, online returns system which is accessed via your account. Please do not return items without first using the request feature found in my orders. Your request will be processed within 2 working days and if accepted you will be notifyed with details of how to return your item/s.

Return policy

Within 28 days of purchase, If you have change your mind concerning your order, please make sure to return in the original condition and packaging, we could replace or refund it for you depending upon the condition. Original condition means within original box the product is undamaged and in a sellable condition.

Eliquid return policy

The return of e-liquid is possible, only if we have sent you the wrong product. As it is consumable product and can be altered from its original form, hence we do not return/refund e-liquids. To avoid any potential issues kindly choose the correct liquid whilst placing an order.

Hardware return policy
Hardware carries 90 days warranty for any mechanical faults, user negligence is not covered under manufacture warranty., through manufacturer warranty the relative hardware will be repaired and return in duration of three months. In addition if the customer sends the product back.

What can’t be returned?

The following items are excluded from our returns policy if not faulty or not as described

  •  Coils.
  •  Opened bottles of liquid
  •  Tanks

Methods of Payment and Refund

When you will return the item the method you used to pay will decide how you will get your refund processed. You’ll be refunded through your original payment method. We will process your refund as soon as the item has come back to us. It can take up to 2 days for your refund to get back to you.
